£50,000 - £65,000/annum

Structural Engineer Position Overview

  • Structural design for all types of building structures. Ideally, with some experience or knowledge of light gauge steel framing
  • Help with the preparation of associated AutoCAD structural drawings.
  • Providing support and or management of other Structural engineers
  • Assistance with site inspections
  • Developing new ideas
  • Using the latest software

Structural Engineer Position Requirements

  • Degree or master’s in civil and or Structural Engineering
  • 5-10 years of post-graduate design experience
  • Proficiency in IT systems (essential)
  • A general understanding of building structures and materials, including steel, masonry, concrete and timber.
  • Industry-standard structural design software such as TEDDS & Tekla Structural Designer
  • Design experience in Eurocodes / British Standards.
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
  • Passionate about new technologies and progressive change
  • Car owner and UK driving licence
