As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient assembly of mechanical components according to strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect parts for defects or imperfections and troubleshoot assembly issues as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality control personnel to resolve any quality or design issues during the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to lean manufacturing principles.
• Meet production targets and deadlines while ensuring high product quality and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
