A luxury British car manufacturer known for producing high-performance sports cars is currently hiring a VLM – Software and Electronics Technologies. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of vehicle projects for all the SW & ET contents, on time, on quality and on budget.

The VLM – Software and Electronics Technologies will:
- Reach targets on direct costs, investments, and supplier development costs, supported by the PL of Finance.
- Lead the external engineering Team fostering analysis and facilitating decision making.
- Track and manage overall components timing (SW & ET specific ones)
- Be responsible for vehicle level/cross functional engineering decisions.
The VLM – Software and Electronics Technologies will have:
- Degree in an Engineering (Electronics, Software, Telecommunication)
- IMechE, IET or similarly recognized international institution memberships.
- High Experience in Project management in Automotive projects.
- Vehicle projects experience for small volume OEMs.
- Experience in managing indirect teams towards delivery (e.g., 10 or more reports)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in international organizations.
