Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Overview:

My clients are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team at baker street. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical fault finding, diagnosis, testing, and repair on a variety of engineering plant and equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems within the clinic.

Key Duties:

Work in accordance with the requirements of electrical HTMs, statutory regulations, IET wiring regulations, and company policies.

Undertake essential repair works and general maintenance activities as directed by management.

Respond to reactive repair works promptly as directed by the helpdesk.

Conduct planned preventative maintenance inspections following clinic procedures.

Perform technical fault finding on complex electrical systems and equipment.

Interpret and follow all relevant regulations and detailed electrical drawings and specifications.

Skills & Experience:

City & Guilds 2365 Qualification OR NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering OR City & Guilds 2357 level 3 NVQ Diploma.

Holds an 18th Edition wiring regulations Qualification.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified electrical engineer within commercial properties, healthcare experience advantageous.

Knowledge of DALI lighting system advantageous.

JIB Membership of the Electrical Certification Scheme advantageous.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week

Rota: 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off (Days and nights)

Hours: 7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am
