Are you a Chartered Project Manager with NEC 3 contract experience seeking an Associate Director position?

Do you have experience working on railway civil design projects?

Salary: £70,000 to £85,000 depending on experience plus bonus.
Location: London, 3 days in office per week, 2 from home.

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in delivering major railway projects, particularly in civil design and tunnel construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing the delivery of design and technical aspects within project teams.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, managing other Project Managers and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Line management experience.
  • Familiarity with NEC contracts.
  • Business development experience and the ability to integrate into project management teams effectively.
  • Chartered Engineer status with ICE.

Join an international infrastructure consultancy, to work on high-profile projects such as HS2. As part of a small but dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and grow within the company. The role involves managing a team of about 6 or 7 direct reports, with further delivery teams reporting to them.

Interviews will be conducted promptly, with a maximum of 2 rounds and a decision made within a week and conducted on Teams.
