Your Epic Quest:

- Quality Crusader: Oversee all Nadcap accredited processes, ensuring everything from heat treatment to welding is top-notch.

- Audit Ace: Lead internal and external audits like a seasoned detective, leaving no stone unturned.

- Process Prodigy: Implement and manage all those special processes that keep our products shining.

- Data Dynamo: From creating data cards to analysing performance, your decisions are data-driven.

- Continuous Improvement Champion: Identify opportunities for betterment and lead the charge towards excellence.

Your Arsenal of Skills:

- Experience Extraordinaire: Proven background in a precision manufacturing environment.

- Management Maestro:At least 2 years in a leadership role, steering teams towards success.

- Tech-Savvy Sage: IT literate, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Specialist Skills: Expertise in areas like Heat Treatment, Welding, NDT, Laser Cutting - you name it.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, and customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

- Relevant degree or equivalent in business/commercial, manufacturing/engineering.

- Experience in auditing modern standards at the lead auditor level.

Location:Castle Donington- where engineering meets excellence.

Hours & Salary:

- Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm

- Earn £40,000 - £45,000
