Plating Supervisor

RMS Recruitment are looking for a Plating Supervisor to join their clients team based in Middlesbrough.
The successful candidate will be joining the dayshift supervisory team working on long term prestigious marine projects. Full training will be provided to support the role and to deliver the project to the high standard required.
Shifts would be 7am – 3pm Monday to Friday + handover and overtime as required. The salary for this role is £25.51 per hour (basic day shift), £38.27 OT1, £51.02 OT2.
Opportunity of permanent employment after successful probation.
Role Overview
- To support the Construction Management in driving project schedules to ensure delivery on time and on budget (or better) while ensuring adherence to company HSE and quality systems.
- Supervise and coordinate plating operations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate plating technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
