Position: Product Engineer
Location: Derbyshire or London (Remote working)
Salary: £Negotiable

The Role:
- Lead project management for an extensive range of international approvals and test programs.
- Collaborate with engineers and chemists to enhance existing products and develop new product and packaging systems.
- Engage in product testing and approval processes, both in-house and through external laboratories in the USA and Europe.
- Provide technical data and support to customers and Business Development Managers.
- Keep abreast of technical developments in structural codes and construction industry practices.
- Conduct research to understand the technical aspects of chemical anchoring and its applications.
- Lead and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- Work effectively both independently and within a team, maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or structural Engineering.
- Experience in the construction industry, particularly with concrete and rebar applications.
- Strong knowledge of structural concepts and practices.
- Keen interest in niche engineering science and chemical anchoring.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-directed learner with strong research capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with a diverse range of contacts.
