Maintenance Plumber

I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber for a permanent foot mobile position covering zones 1 & 2.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
The starting salary is £38-40k per annum.
Primary duties are water treatment, logging of info/compliance, general plumbing maintenance, blockages, tap swaps, shower head descaling, manual handling of salt bags.
Knowledge of commercial maintenance and commercial plant rooms is essential.
To be suitable for this contract you must meet the below criteria:
- Have a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
- Be qualified to plumbing level 2 or 3.
- Have knowledge of fixing leaks, unblocking toilets/sinks etc.
- Water treatment knowledge.
- Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references from work completed in the past 5 years.
- Have your own safety boots and basic hand tools.
