Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Salary up to £38,000

Trevett Services are working with a national Building Services and FM provider who are looking to bring on a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on their Static MOD site in the Salisbury region.

Key responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

Carry out PPM & Reactive Maintenance duties on all mechanical building plant & equipment covering heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and water systems within a commercial setting. Respond to BMS alarms and carry out emergency repairs as required. Ensure that domestic water systems are maintained within requirements on the L8 standard.

Experience and qualifications required:

  • NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience carrying out PPM and Reactive Maintenance, including fault finding
  • Good knowledge of general building services and Health & Safety
  • Good knowledge in the industry working on commercial, private sector or residential contracts

You will need to have Security Clearance for this role, which we are able to process for you, and therefore it is essentials you are residing in the UK.

This is a full time, permanent role, and the working hours are 40 hours a week, Mon – Fri (Overtime & weekends available). In return you will receive a salary of up to £38,000 and a brilliant chance to join a national FM company!
