CNC Laser Operator

Location: Preston
Salary: Salary will depend on experience and will be discussed at interview
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - Shift Patterns on alternative weeks: Mornings - Monday - Friday 6am to 2.30pm, Afternoon - Monday - Thursday 1.30 pm to 10pm, Friday 11am to 7.30 pm.

THE COMPANY : We was formed in 2003 by a dedicated engineer who wanted to create the best Laser Cutting service, offering quality cut products on European stock material at competitive rates. This was to be backed by a ‘second-to-none’ Customer focus, assisting with product design, planning, cutting and delivery across the UK.

THE CANDIDATE: Experience would be an advantage, but not necessary as full in-house training will be given to the right candidate, a forklift truck licence would also be a great advantage. The successful CNC Laser Operator must be able to work to tight deadlines and work within a team. Our client is looking for candidates that are reliable, hardworking with a ‘can do’ attitude to the working day.

Key skills/experience/requirements for the CNC Laser Operator position based near Preston, Lancashire:

· MUST live within a commutable distance of Bamber Bridge, Lancashire.

· Will ideally have previous experience working in an engineering environment with CNC

· Will be flexible as per business needs with regards to working hours / overtime.

· A valid forklift licence will be highly advantageous.

· Inspect and ensure the quality of parts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £11.5 per hour
