Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Days Monday to Friday
Great opportunity for a mechanical bias Maintenance Engineer to join one of Northern Irelands top companies who produce a range of products serving the agri sector.
Working Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm, you'll carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure overall production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Shift options may be available in the future if preferred (shift premium £44k+) however this position is days only. Overtime available at 1.5 rates which will increase your overall earnings £40k+
The Role
- Mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns
- Fault finding and trouble shooting machine issues
- Repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Fitting mechanical parts and fabrication
- Work with engineering drawings effectively
- Complete maintenance records accurately
- Adhere to H&S and company policy at all times
What we are looking for
- Time served Maintenance Fitter/ Maintenance Engineer
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting working with automated equipment
- Excellent mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
- Preferably experience fabricating and working with lathes & milling
