Design Engineer - Birmingham - up to £37,000 + Benefits

I am currently recruiting for a Design Engineer, to work for a multi-national engineering organisation based in the Birmingham. Salary up to £37,000 + Benefits.

The organisation are worldwide leaders in the design and manufacture of Machinery for the industry sector they are experts within. They have been established for over 30 years and have operations situated across the globe to support their broad and ever evolving client base. In this role you will be based in the West Midlands where they focus heavily on R&D activities.

To support the growth of the business they now have the need to appoint a Design Engineer on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating specific 2D & 3D drawings and demonstrating high standards of mechanical engineering. You will also be working alongside the sales function maintaining good working relationships to assure the success of the orders and daily tasks. This role will be split 50/50 between Engineering and Applications/Products.

Ideal Requirements:

• Must have experience in Mechanical Design
• Must have experience in Packaging/Production
