Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer with our team, you'll be a key player in delivering cutting-edge projects. Your role will be instrumental in forging the path for new vehicle technologies.
Your responsibilities as a Systems Engineer:
- Steer the development of vehicle control system hardware and software requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to fine-tune hardware and software attributes.
- Contribute to quality and robustness activities such as FMEA, fault tree analysis, and boundary diagram creation.
- Support the formulation of Electrical and Electronic system architectures.
- Oversee the validation and sign-off of vehicle systems, ensuring seamless integration with other subsystems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with new software and calibration deliveries.
Your current experience which will help you as a Systems Engineer:
- A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical automotive engineering experience with an emphasis on design, validation, and integration of vehicle powertrain systems.
- A firm grasp of hybrid and electric vehicle component fundamentals.
- Comprehensive understanding of systems engineering principles.
- A proven ability to decipher customer requirements and adhere to structured product development processes.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
What will set you apart as a Systems Engineer:
- Advanced experience with vehicle and feature design, integration, testing, verification, and control or a higher academic qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Specific experience in the hybrid powertrain domain.
- Familiarity with vehicle architectures, communication protocols, and components.
- Knowledge of Automotive Functional Safety.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and proficiency in using project management and product quality tools.
