About The Company: My client is a massive FM Company is a leading provider of Facilities Management services, specialising in the maintenance of electrical systems. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance solutions to a diverse range of clients across the UK.

Role Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team in Chiswick. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance support to electrical systems, including three-phase systems. Additionally, you will assist with mechanical and plumbing systems as required, demonstrating versatility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
  • Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conducting inspections and tests on electrical systems to identify potential issues and hazards.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems when necessary, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to facility management.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to service level agreements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably within a Facilities Management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including three-phase systems.
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field (e.g., City & Guilds 2365, NVQ Level 3).
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A proactive approach to maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.
