trategic Development Manager – Building Compliance

Fully remote, must be based in the UK

Our client is a well established and fast developing technical consultancy who work within the construction field offering technical solutions to their clients within the construction industry throughout the lifecycle of a development.

Due to extensive growth in the last 2 years, they are now seeking a Strategic Development Manager who can work with the Operations Director and Service leads to develop their non-domestic and existing buildings client base. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, regulators, and supply chain.

You will be working on the strategic support and integration of the full service offering from planning to post-construction to their clients.  Focusing on high value services with high sustainability focus. Formulating and delivering on business development plans aligned with the business growth plans, working alongside the marketing team to ensure the services are launched as efficiently through all the channels possible.

You will be experienced in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure with clients and partners to achieve targets and business goals. Whilst monitoring industry trends to ensure the business is adapting strategies accordingly.

To be considered for this role you will have business development experience in technical compliance services such as SBEM.
