Role Overview:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your expertise will be crucial in performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of electrical systems within the manufacturing facility. Your proactive approach will minimise downtime and contribute to the efficiency and reliability of production processes.

This is working two weeks of day shifts and 1 week on afters on rotation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
- Diagnose and repair faults in complex machinery and equipment
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Document maintenance activities and provide technical advice when needed

Skills & Experience Required:
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in PLCs, drives, and control systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of a 24/7 manufacturing operation
