Position Overview: As a Manual Machinist, you will play a crucial role in their production process, responsible for crafting high-quality tools and components to exact specifications. Your craftsmanship will directly contribute to their mission of delivering excellence to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
• Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating manual machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and work with precision measurement tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
