Cnc Programmer Setter Operator

JT Recruit are currently looking for experienced CNC Programme Setter Operators to join our client’s team. Our client is a well-established precision engineering company in Kirkby in Ashfield.
The successful candidate will be from a mechanical engineering background being fully skilled in the programming, setting and operating of 3,4 and 5-Axis CNC milling machines with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
The applicants will be required to create programmes from technical drawings or CAD models using CADCAM software.
Your duties will include:
Programming, setting up and operating CNC Millers.
Essential Skills and Competences:
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Program, set and operate CNC Millers
- Experience of working multi axis (3, 4 and 5 axis) machines
- Regular routine maintenance of the machines.
- Quality check the parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Be organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task.
Salary: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
