£70,000 - £85,000/annum

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor for our consultancy client based in Milton Keynes.

As a Senior Building Surveyor your duties will be but not limited to - 

  • Successfully lead multiple projects
  • Supporting, offering and liaising with team members
  • Advise on health and safety to the buildings
  • Budget and schedule projects
  • Providing technical knowledge of the stores
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of regulations and building tech

The work will be carried out on multiple environments (retail, restaurants, education etc) The starting salary for the Senior Building Surveyor role will be anywhere between £70-85k depending on experience.

This role is a hybrid role, where you will spend ideally 3 days in the office and 2 days at home/site visits.

Working hours – 8:30am – 5:00pm

Successful candidates will have previous BS experience and have knowledge/use of JCT, BCIS, Costex, Matidor, Sharepoint.
