We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to one of our high-profile clients.

Job Description

As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for providing electrical and building services engineering maintenance to client properties, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.

From fault finding to repairs, maintenance, and installations, you'll be at the forefront of delivering world-class building services maintenance.

Our client will be working with the UK Government client under contract to a High-Profile Client.  For this role security clearance to a high government level will be required which must be maintained throughout the term of this role.

Responsibilities

• Surveying sites where electrical systems are installed
• Drafting electrical installation plans and technical diagrams
• Installing, maintaining, modifying and repairing all electrical systems in public spaces and buildings
• Ensuring that electrical systems adhere to the national electrical safety standards and regulations
• Supervising ongoing electrical system installations and providing technical expertise to installation teams where needed
• Using blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete projects
• Completing work orders and recording materials that are used on the job
• Identifying electrical problems and repairing them
• Advising the company’s management when to replace aged electrical equipment to prevent hazards
• Conducting general electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues with testing equipment

About You

• Strong level of electrical qualification
• Security clearance to a high government level will be required
• First Aid (Include Resuscitation)
• Significant experience in providing electrical building services maintenance to include fault finding, maintenance, installation, and inspection/testing
