Maintenance Supervisor

Our client based in Worksop is looking for a experienced Maintenance Supervisor. You will have the overall responsibility for leading the maintenance team to maintain and repair all equipment.
The role:
- Allocating and prioritising of the workloads of your team (including apprentices)
- Motivating your team members in order to meet the needs of the departments
- Resolving any day-to-day issues
- Administrative duties, including the updating of the Time & Attendance system
- Performance reviews
The candidate
- Excellent IT Skills
- ONC Mechanical or equivalent
- Mechanical/Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Contractor management/supervision experience
- Electrical/PLC knowledge desired
- Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing machinery processes.
- Able to organise and prioritise the work of yourself and your team e able
- Work well under pressure
This is a full-time position, working a 39-hour week on a two-shift system working Days and Afters. Salary will be £40,300 per year.
