Based in Oxfordshire the Mechanical and Product Design Engineer working on the development of Electro Mechanical Products for the Audio Industry. Responsibilities will be focus on computer aided design and modelling using Solidworks from concept design to evaluation of protypes, involving the design of user panels and assemblies that interact with electronic components, creating graphics and artwork and taking products through to Manufacture.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical engineering with a minimum of 2 years industry experience. Additionally the Mechanical Design Engineer will have experience of:
• Solidworks with some Product Design
• Modern manufacturing processes and tooling methods
• Experience of designing with thermal considerations
• Taking products through the full life cycle from concept to manufacture.
