Mechanical project manager for specialist M&E contractor.

Professional company with excellent working environment, interesting clients and technically challenging work sectors.

Our client has just moved to brand new offices with excellent facilities.

Your role will be to project manage the delivery of mechanical and electrical installations to a variety of buildings across interesting sectors.

You will be a proven building services project manager with a strong background in refurbishment and new build schemes.

Duties:

  • procurement of materials and labour
  • commercial responsibility to final account
  • programming and management of sub-contractors
  • health and safety responsibilities
  • design team/construction meetings
  • account management
  • client interfacing

Projects include pharmaceutical schemes, clean rooms, manufacturing facilities and healthcare environments.

The client base is extremely impressive and ranges from end user organisations to professional Tier 1 contractors, architects and developers

Typically projects range in value from £3m to £5m, however they are engaged on a multi-million pound scheme set to run for the next 2/3 years.

Ideally you will be a good all rounder who can run jobs with minimal supervision.

You will be prepared to travel and have the occasional overnight stay.
The position will suit a dynamic, ambitious individual who has a proven track record in delivering high value projects.
