Our client is a thriving, engineering company who manufacture a variety of parts and components for customers 'far and wide'.
Utilising the latest equipment and technology they have an enviable reputation in the engineering sector, manufacturing to the highest quality.
They employ around 20 staff at the site in the Aylsham area and have a dynamic and friendly culture within the company.
Due to continued success and expansion a further Press Brake Operative is required in the machine shop team of 20.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will ensure that all aspects of daily production are being run to their optimum capacities.
The Role
- Operate and setting of CNC brake press machines.
- Ensure all activities are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Actively engage with all company Quality Control initiatives.
The Candidate
- Previous CNC brake press experience
- Ability to work to engineering drawings.
- Team player who can work to targets and deadlines.
- Highly motivated, proactive and innovative to help improve processes.
- Ability to work under pressure but still work to very high standards.
40 hour week, plus overtime. (8am to 4.30pm)
