A market leader in the industrial door and loading bay is industry is currently targeting an experienced Field Service Manager to join their team. Applicants can be based anywhere between Birmingham and London. The package on offer includes: Basic Salary of £44,000 (negotiable depending on experience), company vehicle with personal use permitted, bonus scheme, and more.

As the Field Service Manager will you be responsible for:

• Oversee and improve the performance and efficiency of individual engineers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation for Services Engineers.
• Offer both remote and on-site support to Services Engineers, utilizing effective daily, weekly, and monthly schedule planning.
• Regularly evaluate the skills of Services Engineers and organize additional training as necessary, including courses at our overseas facilities.
• Keep training records for engineers up-to-date in collaboration with the HR department.
• Assist HR with disciplinary procedures when needed.
• Conduct performance reviews during standard or extended probationary periods.
• Keep precise records of engineers' tools, equipment, and van inventory.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, both written and verbal, promptly and effectively.
• Perform tasks from the department's process list according to specific procedures.
• Aid in the recruitment process of new engineers, assist with inductions, and implement training plans.
• Provide on-site training for engineers on using the company service field assist system via Android tablets.
• Adhere to all departmental processes as instructed by the Service Manager / Key Account Manager.

In return, the successful Field Service Manager will receive an excellent benefits package which includes:
