Are you a building services maintenance engineer looking for a part time site based facilities management maintenance role?
The Company:
A global FM and property management company.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a healthcare facility in Manchester.
You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric.
The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are at least part qualified in an electrical or mechanical trade (plumbing, heating or air-conditioning).
The normal working week is 3 days, 24 hours, Monday to Friday (TBC) 08.00 - 17.00
The Salary:
Salary is £33k Pro Rata for 3 days (£17,793) + OT + 15 days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
