Role: Associate Director - Contracts and Commercial
Location: Derby or Birmingham and your home (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum depending on experience

Are you an Associate Director or Principal Estimator/Quantity Surveyor with management experience in the Water sector? Would you like to join one of the UK's leading technical engineering consultancies in the Water sector?
 
My client, one of the UK's leading technical engineering consultancies in the Water sector, is looking for an Associate Director to lead their Contracts and Commercial team, working on projects attached to a Water utility company in the Midlands.
 
You will work on clean & waste water, infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects. Candidates must have Water sector experience and a working knowledge of NEC contracts.

Your role will involve assisting in leading the Contract and Commercial team with a focus on line management, team development and excellent project delivery, whilst working with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
You will work a 40-hour week and your time will be split between my client's office in Birmingham or the end client's office in Derby, and your home.
 
The ideal candidate will:
·Be an Associate Director of a commercial team, or be a Principal Estimator/Quantity Surveyor looking to progress their career.
·Have excellent NEC3 or NEC4 contract knowledge.
·Have MRICS / MCICES or be working towards this.
