In this role, you'll be responsible for selling a diverse range of products including waste management, street furniture, safety products, and seating to key customers such as Local Authorities, Councils, Government Departments, Universities, Colleges, Hospitals, and various industries.

Location and Coverage: This position covers a significant geographical territory spanning North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Hull & East Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Cleveland, Durham, Tyne & Wear, and Northumberland.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting non-user accounts.
  • Follow up on sales leads to generate new business.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and presentations during customer visits.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify market trends and product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our in-house Product Design team on new product development.
  • Plan and prioritize territory visits to meet with a diverse customer base.

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment is advantageous
  • Genuine interest in developing a career in account management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a determination to achieve goals and targets
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide informed solutions
  • Good IT literacy
  • Strong educational background with A-Levels and/or University Degree (desirable)

You may also have experience in: Face to Face Sales, Product Demonstration, Customer Service, Business Studies, Sales Administration, Microsoft, Telesales, Negotiation, Sales Advisor, Customer Support, Call Centre, Territory Management, Account Management, Business Development, Commercial Awareness, Communication Skills.
