I am looking to speak with a Leeds based Geo-Environmental Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist from a consultancy or a site investigation contractor with the drive to develop their consulting attributes on a range of brownfield development projects for large scale residential and commercial developments.

As a Geo-Environmental Engineer, the role will enhance you throughout all technical phases of projects as well as management commercially and financially. Duties including, desk studies & walkovers, ground investigations, land quality assessments, interpretive reports, risk assessments, remediation strategy design and validation.

You will also be working with civil and structural engineers to recommend, design and calculate geotechnical foundations.

To proceed as a Geo-Environmental Engineer, it will be expected that you have the following:

  • 1st degree in geology/engineering geology/geotechnics/geoenvironmental engineering or related geo-science.
  • Experience within the UK completing phase 1 & 2 site investigations, logging soil & rock samples, site monitoring.
  • Ability to deliver reports on a factual and/or interpretive basis.
