An opportunity has opened for a Product Manager to join an Electronics company based in Reading. The ideal candidate will be someone that has extensive experience working as a Product Manager with knowledge of the full product lifecycle. The role is heavily customer facing too so you should have experience of this as well as internal.
The company hiring are looking for someone to take ownership of their current products, analyse market and customer insights and help with new and existing projects. They offer a generous hybrid working model starting at 2 or 3 days in the office and becoming more flexible after an initial 6 month period.
What they’re looking for:
- Experience working as a Product Manager
- Background in Engineering or Electronics biased companies – although they will accept people from different industries with an interest in Electronics
- Excellent customer facing background including speaking with other businesses
- Technical experience – knowledge of Engineering, Electronics or similar would be a bonus
- Excellent analytical work including market and customer insights
- Project work knowledge
Product Manager Duties:
- Taking ownership of the full product range at this company and helping with the full product lifecycle
- Analysing market and customer insights to assist products getting to market
- Liaising with the marketing team to make sure the products are ready
- Ensuring documentation is all up to date and correct
- Taking new products from concept to market
- Clearly identifying and communicating product road maps
