Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Immediate Start – Temp to Perm (Warrington)
Are you an Electrical engineer looking to progress within the job role at a fast paced well respected company? Look no further as this could be the job role for you! My client being a leading service provider in building services maintenance is looking for an engineer to join their team immediately. The position is starting off as a temporary role with the right candidate could be going permanent.
The Site: A large commercial space in Warrington
Work Hours 08:00-15:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £23-24/hour
Responsibilities and duties
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding and competent to rectify
- Emergency lighting, FCU’s, AHU’s, HVAC plant, Water treatment
- Regular fire alarm testing and drills. Ensuring the fire equipment is in working order and updating the fire alarm log book
- Liaise with management regarding health and safety procedures/issues, ongoing repairs and faults, maintenance and building services.
Requirements
- Minimum C&G level/NVQ 3 Electrical or Mechanical
- 17th / 18th edition
- C&G level 1 and 2 installation 2365
- Experience in commercial building services
- General maintenance experience
- Time served in an apprenticeship is an advantage
