Contracts Manager (Electrical Bias)

Greater Manchester

Up to £50,000

TS Recruitment are working with a long-standing M&E client based in the North West who are now actively recruiting a Contract Manager with an Electrical Bias.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects for values between £10,000 and £250,000.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Managing electrical projects and contracts.
  • Handling commercial aspects of projects, including procurement and financial management.
  • Conducting meetings with clients, conducting surveys, monitoring progress, overseeing design phases, and coordinating handover processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) environment, or similar - minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Must hold 18th edition qualification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
