Head of Engineering
The successful Head of Engineering will be responsible for all technical departments within the group and will be working closely with management team.

- Salary range: Negotiable
- Working hours: 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities of Head of Engineering Role:
- Lead engineering team
- Report to group
- Work closely with management team
- Support Sales department
- Work across other factories within group
- Deal with complex technical problems
- Promote continuous improvement of design and product development
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Mechanical and or Electrical background
- Motor mechanical and electrical design
