We are looking for a maintenance engineer to join our team of 10 highly skilled engineers at our site in Leicester. As a globally recognised brand we turnover in excess of £3billion and are showing no signs of slowing down in one of the most secure industry sectors.
As the successful applicant you’ll be involved in a mix of PPMs and reactive maintenance repairing and maintaining slicers, metal detectors, check weighers, picking robots, mixers, ovens amongst other planned maintenance projects.
Applicants from any background are encouraged to apply as long as you have come from an industrial background. A background based in FMCG, Food, Automotive, Distribution, Manufacturing will all be equally considered.

Experience Required

  • Recognised formal qualification in engineering maintenance, e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, C&G etc.
  • A minimum of 3 years working as a maintenance engineer in an industrial environment.
  • Ideally a background in FMCG type industry but this is not a dealbreaker.
  • Multi skilled element of either bias, must be able to turn your hand mechanically or electrically.
