Due to recently being awarded new large contracts and subsequent expansion, our client, a successful international design company that offers its services to the  Construction sector, is seeking additional members of staff to join their busy team.

They are considering applications from Graduate level candidates, those with Revit  knowledge or from those who have experience in the production of CAD drawings within the construction sector.

The position offers training in Revit MEP and design processes in order for you to produce 3D Mechanical & Electrical Building Services BIM models where you shall be involved in interesting project work (Hospitals, large Commercial Office, Schools, Retail, Sports Stadia, etc.) with the potential for career advancement.

Candidates shall possess the following attributes:

• A qualification in a technical subject (Building Services, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology / Engineering or Building & Construction)
• In lieu of qualifications candidates will have some experience in the production of CAD drawings within the construction sector (M & E, Pipework, Ductwork, Air Conditioning, etc)
• Experience in the use of AutoCAD
• Experience / knowledge in the use of Revit
• Good all round IT literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Further training shall be provided
