Fit Out UK are a leading interior fit out contractor and relocation services provider working in the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors.

Our Production Facility in North West London is looking for a Production Supervisor to join out joinery and assembly team on a long term basis for a start as soon as possible.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Issue Works orders and drawings to shopfloor and manage staff

· Issue material picking list to warehouse personnel for works orders and manage

· Control department labour in line with capacity plan on a daily basis and schedule daily works in line with the production schedule.

· Supervise quality control of products at point of manufacture and at point of wrapping and packing and at point of shipping.

· Preform daily machinery maintenance and health and safety inspections

· Supervise picking of materials and stock as required.

· Supervise and assist with Stock control

· Supervise and enforce processes and documentation for production team.

· Other duties which may be assigned to ensure smooth and safe business operation

Experience

The ideal candidate will have several years of  production experience as well as  supervisory/management experience.
