MULTI TRADES MAINTENANCE / BUILDING FABRIC ENGINEER REQUIRED FOR MOBILE WORKS AROUND BRISTOL

Are you a skilled trades person with multi trades experience looking for a new role covering the Bristol area. 

We are working with one of Bristol's leading construction and property maintenance companies that are recruiting for a number of Multi Skilled / Trades people to cover a new contract covering Bristol and the surrounding areas. 

Ideally you will be a qualified trades person that can turn your hand to most of the building trades, either a Carpenter or Plumber by trade that can deal with basic maintenance and repairs or just a good all round trades person / property maintenance person.

You will be working Commercial Properties dealing with maintenance and repair works such as Plumbing, Carpentry, Roofing, Tiling and flooring and some painting and decorating tasks.

This is a mobile role so a van will be provided, plenty of overtime will be available and you will also be part of an on call rota for reactive jobs. 

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

Essential

  • Carrying out multi skilled discipline job
  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role or construction environment

Desirable

  • NVQ or City & Guilds qualified
