Are you a skilled engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the confectionary industry? Look no further! We're hiring a Maintenance Engineer to join our Cleckheaton site as part of the Valeo Foods UK family, working the night shift rota.

Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance of the plant. From diagnosing and correcting electrical and mechanical faults to supporting continuous improvement initiatives, you'll be a key player in our team.

You'll efficiently diagnose and correct electrical and mechanical faults site-wide, assist with machinery adjustments, and support machine performance improvements to reduce downtime. Additionally, you'll take an active role in maintaining Health and Safety standards on site and manage engineering contractors when needed.
